#4 is a slowed down clip of someone singing. I recorded it and changed the speed to 5x using Audacity and it is very clearly a person singing, "Let the sun burn. Let my life fall into pieces." Perhaps, this musician was seeking a bit of publicity? Otherwise, I suppose the app could have glitched somehow as he recorded this little bit and that caused the slowdown and weird 0 second length.
